$75 per additional day
$100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee

*An event starts at noon the day before the event through noon the day after the event.
**Deposit will be returned if there are no damages.
No fees for Crook County based not for profit organizations.
Repeat users (less than 8 hours and no more than weekly use)$150.00 per month.
All prices include the use of all tables and chairs.

RIDING MEMBERSHIP:

$150 per person / $300 family*
Monthly: $30 person/$60 family*
Day Use Fee: $25.00
Out of County:
$300 per person / $500 family*
Monthly: $60 person/$100 family*
Day Use Fee: $50.00
Special Events: $250 per day per event

Youth/Non-Profit: $50
*Family memberships are for immediate family members only. Children who have graduated from high school are not included in family memberships. They must purchase an individual membership.

Arena
Public Use FREE! (does not include bathrooms, sound system, & concession stand)
Special Events: $250/day (does not include sound system, pens, & concessions stand)
$1,000 damage deposit for rodeos
$200 cleaning deposit
$500 damage deposit for roping, barrels, etc. (will be returned if there are no damages)
Stalls: $25 per animal per night
The Crook County Facilities Department reserves the right to set fees at their discretion for special circumstances. All rentals and use must be booked with the Crook County Event Coordinator listed above.
Proof of Insurance: Must be provided at the time fees and deposits are paid. If no proof of insurance a $10,000.00 deposit will be made.
Fees must be paid before any in-kind work. To get credit for in-kind work it must be approved, valued by the Facilities Department, completed before the event and upon completion the in-kind work shall be approved by the Facilities Manager before any fees or deposit are returned.
